Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TUBBZ gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
